After more than 30 years leading growth, business development and commercial functions within professional services firms, Jeremy Phillips established Cartesian Growth to provide leadership teams with access to experienced growth expertise on a flexible basis. The business supports organisations across the property, infrastructure and advisory sectors, typically working in a fractional, advisory or non-executive capacity where additional commercial leadership is required, but a full-time executive appointment is not yet justified.

The name Cartesian Growth is inspired by the Cartesian plane, where performance is understood through the alignment of different axes. It reflects the belief that sustainable growth is achieved when clients and markets, people, capital and operations are aligned and working together. This philosophy sits at the heart of the Cartesian Growth approach, helping leadership teams turn growth ambition into structured, deliverable commercial performance.
